We don’t know if the name is inspired by the Brazilian übermodel Gisele Bündchen, but the fact is Japan has a fashion magazine for girls around their 20’s that is called GISELe.
Gisele calls itself the “magazine for women who want to live free and with confidence”. Actually there is no better place to talk about Melissa. So it is, that the Japanese magazine published a whole page with various Melissas and the following title: “I want it!”.
G.V.G.V., Emilio Pucci, Cacharel, Ash & Diamonds, Diesel and Pierre Cardin are some of the brands that are regularly covered in the magazine.
GISELe has a circulation of 97.000 copies and is distributed by Shufu no Tomo, which also publishes Shufu no Tomo, Como, Ray, éf, cawaii, Hana*chu, mina, SCawaii, Yuu Yuu and many other magazines.
