The first exhibition featuring contemporary design in the history of the Serpentine Gallery, in London, has Melissa’s participation.
The brand’s partnership with architect Zaha Hadid caught the attention of Konstantin Grcic, well-known industrial designer and the gallery’s curator, who included it in the show that started on the 26th of November and will be open to the public until the 7th of February next year.
Named “Design Real”, the exhibition counts on important projects and international artists, such as Herman Miller's iconic Aeron Chair (Size B), designed by Dan Chadwick & Bill Stumpf, and the Lamborghini Gallardo front spoiler designed by Luc Donckerwolke.
The repercussion in the media was immediate. Time Out, Wonderland Magazine and Dezeen suggested the show highlighting Melissa’s participation. And Elle also talked about the more and more close relation between fashion and art.
